Jesus at School
|
Do you take Jesus to school with you? When you have JC as your Bff, he would be useful to have at school with you, don't you think?
Have you ever been in a situation where you were bullied? Afraid of failing a test? Scared to participate in an organized team sport?
What if Jesus were right there with you where you could talk to him about your fears and he could help you through the situation? The good news is that HE CAN! You really don't have to be afraid anymore! Jesus is bigger than anything or anyone! Did you know that? God made the world, didn't he? If he can do that, well, he can do anything!!! Like I have said before, God loves people more than anything!!! and Jesus IS God! Jesus can be at school with you!

You can talk to him all the time if you want. Tell him you are scared! Tell him you feel bullied. Tell him you are feeling lonely. Tell him you are feeling scared to take your test. He is right there with you at that very moment! He will wrap his loving arms around you and comfort you. He will help you concentrate and remember what you need to know. With Jesus at school with you, he is there all the time to go through the day with you!
As for the bullies, if you talk to Jesus about them, HE WILL provide a solution for you. I guarantee it! Maybe it will be through your principal, your parents, or somewhere else, but HE WILL provide a solution for you. You just have to give him the chance. He is just waiting for you to ask him to help you, that is all!

Just because Jesus is at school with you doesn't mean that he is going to do your homework for you! You still have to put forth some effort. What it does mean is that he is there for you to rely on and trust to help you when you need him...which is all the time really!
Want to know a secret?
Jesus wants us to need him all of the time!
Jesus doesn't want us to be "Too strong to need him" or consider it a weaknes to ask for his help!
He wants us to need him all of the time. He is our heavenly father..or as I look at Jesus, my brother and my best friend. God made us to need him. We, as humans, are NOT self sufficient. We need God's guidance and support. Not just when we are growning up, but as adults too. Trust me, I am an adult, and I still need him every day, all the time!
